At Chaos Legion Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
